SEN Teaching Assistants – Primary Mainstream Support

Teaching Personnel is looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in mainstream primary schools.
Your role will include:
Supporting children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties)
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop social/emotional skills
Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
We’re looking for candidates who:
✅ Have experience in a school setting (essential)
✅ Have supported children with additional needs (preferred)
✅ Are available full-time, Monday to Friday
✅ Are patient, adaptable and enthusiastic about making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
