With no expectation of BD, you'll be focused purely on headhunting niche engineers or GTM talent for SaaS & AI companies, expertly building credible talent pools, managing processes end-to-end, working directly with Founders on hiring strategy and using a modern tech stack & AI to source creatively.
Who should I be? 🚀
* Have at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
* Have placed engineers, product professionals or commercial hires into Software or SaaS environments.
* Be comfortable working US-aligned hours (with full autonomy & flexibility on start/ finish times).
