About the role
We are seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to oversee operations at one of our busy branches. This challenging role requires leadership and motivation skills to coach your team in delivering excellent on-shelf availability for our customers. Maintaining focus on results and safety is essential. The role may include some duty management, with full training provided.
There are real opportunities for progression within the Booker Group, with many Supervisors advancing into Store Management roles.

You will be responsible for
* Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
* Reducing stock loss by addressing causes of shrinkage and wastage.
* Minimizing replenishment costs through efficient stock handling, appropriate product placement, and security in goods receiving.
* Collaborating with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
* Maintaining effective replenishment to ensure product availability for customers.
You will need
* A passion for providing exceptional operational standards for customers.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and enjoyment in managing and working with a team.
* Strong communication skills and some supervisory or management experience.
* Practical experience in food retail.
