Key Responsibilities
1. Provide secretarial, administrative, and clerical support to staff within the SMART Centre and associated locations, including St John’s Hospital, Livingston, WGH, and the Community Equipment Centre, Edinburgh.
2. Manage the daily operations of the SMART reception area, including responding to patient and staff alarms, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating help as needed.
3. Oversee the smooth running of the general admin office, including the DLC, ensuring efficient service delivery.
