An incredible opportunity for an experienced management accounant has become available at our clients accountancy practice in Faversham. We do require someone with at least 5 years experience within a practice environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Financial Manager:
* Training and analysing of Management Accounts
* Assessing and supervising the work of the junior team
* Progressing and coaching of the junior team
* Overseeing payroll reviews
* Maintaining and update customer's accounting records
* Accurately prepare and review VAT Returns
* Supporting customers by enhancing their internal processes and practices
* Providing provisional monetary controller assistance to our customers as required
Key Requirements and skills:
1. Skilled bookkeeping and preparation of VAT Returns
2. Good understanding of VAT
3. Good effective communication skills
4. Capability to prepare management accounts, including KPI’s and cash flows.
5. Excellent payroll experience and knowledge
6. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7. Confident meeting and working closely with consumers.
