This role involves travelling between suppliers and customers, so a full valid UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general maintenance and repair works across properties
* Support refurbishment projects alongside other team members
* Travel to suppliers and customer sites as required
* Respond to and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues
* Problem-solve a variety of on-site maintenance tasks
* Maintain accurate job records using job management software
* Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service
About You
* Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance role
* Competent in joinery and decorating (additional trade skills advantageous)
* Strong understanding of property maintenance and refurbishment works
* Full valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently or as part of a team
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Professional, well-presented, and courteous manner
