Role: Senior CDM Advisor Location: Manchester Sector: Property & Construction Salary: Up to £55,000 Carriera have been retained by a consultancy working out of the Stoke and Trent area to find an experienced CDM/PD professional who would be excited to work with a fast growing and diverse CDM team, with projects and clients stretching throughout the Midlands and the Northwest of England.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-years experience as a CDM/PD advisor, who will be skilled in providing CDMC duties on projects from new build to refurbishment, collecting relevant information from sites, completing PCI documents, Completing CPP and reviewing contractor CPP / RAMS, while generally advising all clients of their duties in accordance with CDM2015 Regulations.
This role is a hybrid role, meaning half of the time you will be working from home and the other half working on site with local clients too you in the Midlands or Northwest, this would suit CDM professional who enjoys and is experiences in a client facing role and is able to work autonomously.
Qualifications / Experience Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role with a NEBOSH / NCRQ Certificate Minimum TechIOSH membership or have the qualifications and experience to attain this.
Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic approach to risk management Be able to self-manage day-to-day tasks and have awareness of overall project timescale.
CDM Consultant Responsibilities Provide the CDMC duties on projects from new build to refurbishment, M&E projects.
Collect relevant information from site and Complete PCI documents.
Complete CPP and review contractor CPP / RAMS initiative to develop practical solutions for clients.
Engaging with client, principal contractors, and project designers.
Advising the client of their duties in accordance with CDM2015 regulations Attend construction sites to complete Health & Safety inspections and audits, reporting to the client.
