About the Role:
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for engaging prospects and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team. Your ability to articulate the value of cutting-edge technology solutions will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone and email
Identifying key decision-makers and establishing strong professional connections
Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Collaborating closely with colleagues to maximize results
Requirements:
Previous telesales or appointment-setting experience, ideally in a B2B environment
A confident, professional phone manner with excellent communication skills
