Enterprise Account Executive – (EMEA)

Location/Onsite: Remote – United Kingdom - serving the EMEA region

A Day in the Life of the Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA)

In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expansion across key education markets in EMEA, including Multi-Academy Trusts, Independent & International Schools, and public sector education agencies. You'll lead complex sales cycles, build a strong pipeline, and help localize a proven US-based product for the EMEA education landscape.


Responsibilities include:

* Develop and execute a territory plan for EMEA, targeting key education segments and partnerships
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to pilot to enterprise rollout
* Deliver personalized, compelling product demos that align with regional curriculum and priorities
* Navigate public sector sales complexities including procurement, RFPs, data privacy, and legal/security reviews
* Build strong relationships with resellers, partners, and educational associations to co-sell and scale adoption
* Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams to support product localization and marketing strategies
* Maintain CRM hygiene, develop mutual action plans (MAPs), and forecast accurately
* Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and regional roadshows
* Cultivate customer advocates and secure referenceable case studies across key markets


Requirements and Qualifications:

* 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or EdTech sales experience, ideally in enterprise or public education environments
* Proven success managing complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets
* Experience with education sector procurement processes, frameworks, and compliance protocols
* Strong discovery and solution-based selling skills with executive-level communication
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), video demos, and (ideally) AI-powered products
* Collaborative, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, international startup team
