Administrator – Case Management Support Location: Perth PH2 8AT Contract Type: Temporary (ASAP start until end of July) Hours: 35 hours per week Pay Rate: £12.98 per hourWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for an Administrator to provide vital support in a fast-paced case management environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to essential public service operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for Integrated Case Management Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support effective service delivery. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records, including Records, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in the development of case management processes by contributing to departmental planning and continually enhancing knowledge of relevant policies and legislation. Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organisational and time-management skills Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in an administrative or records management role preferred Understanding of data protection principles desirable This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a meaningful role with a supportive team.
