Join our team as a Project Support Officer
The Project Support Officer provides comprehensive project, systems, and administrative support to the Asset Management Team, contributing to the delivery of individual projects, longer-term investment programmes, and wider asset management processes. The role is integral to the effective operation of theteam, supporting customer communication and consultation to ensure customers are informed, engaged, and able to provide meaningful input into planned works affecting their homes and neighbourhoods.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide project and administrative support to the Asset Management Team for individual projects, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
* Update and maintain systems relating to investment programmes including information gathering to ensure data is up to date and valid.
* Facilitating stakeholder engagement meetings - properly coordinated meetings with clear agendas and action points to improve decision-making, accountability, timely task completion, and project advancement.
* Support the planning of planned works by liaising with planning and delivery teams.
