About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s team for a mixture of seasonal and permanent roles. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for guests, and we are currently seeking amazing team members for our bar, restaurant, and leisure teams. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Interested in progression? About You
If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat with people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. Previous experience is welcome but not necessary. Being a great team player and enjoying the buzz of a busy environment is essential. No day will be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and engaging with many different people. Our resorts operate during weekdays and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
