Attention to detail, good communication skills and time management are essential in addition to being reliable, proactive and collaborative. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive.

The Chapter Secretary ensures the smooth running of the local chapter by managing communication, meetings, and documentation. The Secretary is responsible for organising chapter meetings, preparing agendas, taking structured minutes, and uploading them to OneDrive, ensuring they are shared with all attendees. In addition the Secretary also helps coordinate volunteer socials and support chapter activities.
