Role Description This is a part-time (2 days a week) on-site role for a Global Head of Human Resources (6 months Maternity Cover). They will be responsible for overseeing the HR function within the company. They will manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and lead HR management initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources and HR Management CIPD Level 7 Qualified Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law Skilled in developing and implementing HR Policies Experience in managing Employee Relations Excellent leadership and communication skills
