Join to apply for the Seasonal Sales Assistant role at Astbury Business Consulting. We are hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Brighton. This is a temporary position with part-time hours, contracted to 8 hours per week with the scope for additional hours during December. If successful, the temporary contract will start from Sunday 2 November 2025 and run until Saturday 3 January 2026.
The Role
Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our business. They live and breathe our products and are enthusiastic about showcasing our diverse range while going above and beyond for customers. Your objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests and to offer the best on-high-street experience.
You will defy ordinary by asking insightful questions to understand each customer's needs and showcasing our products with style, including piecing together sets, accessories and product add-ons. From day one you will receive in-depth training on our products, specifications, and care to become a well-rounded ambassador.
About You
Don’t worry about previous experience. We are looking for outgoing, friendly, organized, and can-do individuals who are positive and approachable. You should be able to approach customers with ease to spark enthusiastic conversations.

* Stay up to date with trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
* Handle transactions with a smile and ensure a positive checkout experience.
Be the go-to resource for customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customers feel cared for.
