Job Overview
In this role, you will assist and support the provision of all aspects of the Respiratory Lab service at the Royal United Hospital, working alongside senior and lead clinical physiologists. You will undertake technical and clinical assessments including lung function tests, sleep studies, and initiate CPAP and NIV on inpatients. Participation in quality assurance, audits, research, and development programs is also expected.
Main duties of the job
1. Work across both the RUH and Sulis hospital sites.
2. Plan, undertake, and quality assure a range of diagnostic assessments.
3. Carry out calibration, maintenance, and quality control procedures for equipment.
