Maintenance Technician
Location: Scunthorpe
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights- 12 hour shift patterns (7 AM/PM - 7 AM/PM)

Role Overview:
* Perform routine and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment
* Maintenance and repair of packaging lines, including labellers, injectors, conveyors, metal detectors, and associated safety systems.
* Support mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as required
* Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team and report to the Engineering Manager
* Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability and production efficiency
About you:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in either mechanical or electrical engineering who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Requirements:
* We welcome candidates with a background in manufacturing who are eager for a new challenge and have experience in both planned and reactive maintenance roles.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to root cause analysis and problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, and be a true team player who is keen to learn from others, share knowledge and support the wider team.
