Joining our Client Support team as a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide effective and efficient technical support to Inlogik customers. This role is an integral part of the support, maintenance, and application implementation teams.
Your Day To Day Tasks May Include
* Provide excellent customer support, including assisting clients with configuration and troubleshooting of Inlogik products.
* Proactively monitor our ticket system and support inboxes, responding to customer issues within agreed timeframes.
* Manage file and document transfer between Inlogik & clients and resolve issues as required.
* Perform scheduled daily checks accurately and on time.
* Assist with troubleshooting day-to-day issues related to Inlogik products.
* Investigate, reproduce, and document reported issues.
* Provide technical pre-sales, implementation, and client management support.
* Deploy bespoke deliverables to clients as requested.
* Participate in and contribute to technological and process improvements within Inlogik.
The Experience And Skills We Are Looking For
* Experience with web development including HTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT.
* Experience supporting web-based applications using SQL.
* Customer-centric with strong communication skills across all levels.
* Previous experience with expense management software is preferred.
* Knowledge of business tools like SFTP, Microsoft Office, and ticketing systems.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and business analysis skills.
* Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and face challenges.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
