Our staff are our biggest asset. We only appoint those with the right skill set, ethos, and deep understanding of how to work with children and young people who have social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our highly skilled team. You will play a vital role in supporting our pupils to reach their full potential through a specialist, tailored approach to education.

We recognise the pivotal role that parents, carers, and other professionals play in a childs journey. As such, you will be part of a team that seeks to build strong partnerships with families from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

*

Personalised Learning: Support the delivery of bespoke educational plans tailored to the specific SEMH and SEND requirements of our pupils.
*

Emotional Support: Use your specialist understanding to help pupils navigate social and emotional challenges in a safe, grounded environment.
*

Collaborative Working: Work alongside specialist leaders of education and subject specialists to provide a holistic support system.
*

Partnership Building: Maintain professional and empathetic relationships with parents and carers to ensure a unified approach to the childs development.

Who You Are

*

Child:Centred: You have a genuine passion for working with children who have complex SEMH needs.
*

Specialist Mindset: You possess the right ethos and a deep understanding of how to support young people who find mainstream environments challenging.
*

Team Player: You value the input of families and external professionals and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
*

Dedicated: You are committed to removing barriers to learning and helping every child feel capable of success.

Why Join Us?

*

Competitive Pay: GBP92.56 : GBP95.00 per day.
*

Expert Environment: Work within a specialist team including leaders of education and subject experts.
*

Meaningful Impact: Use your experience to support children who truly need a different approach to education.
*

Supportive Culture: Join a professional community that offers a warm welcome and a dedicated atmosphere for both staff and students.

How

If you have the skills, ethos, and heart to support our pupils in reaching their full potential, we want to hear from you.
