THE ROLE
Due to a period of exciting growth, we are currently looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for growing national apprenticeship starts and driving the sales and growth of our apprenticeship programmes, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Business Sales Prospecting. Proactively seeking new business sales opportunities.
Identifying potential clients and clients business training needs in target markets.
Initiating contact with potential clients, developing relationships and executing a lead-to-customer cycle.
Overseeing employer and learner onboarding using ANT Ltd systems and processes.
Developing prospects and account management of the existing client base to exceed sales and revenue targets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team. An enthusiastic and dynamic person with strong communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused and collaborative, results-driven, with a strong background in, and knowledge of, employers and learners in a customer-facing role.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum 2 years experience in sales development or telemarketing, with consultative or value-selling experience preferable in a variety of different industries.
Strong background and experience in sales within the Learning & Development sector.
Working within apprenticeships, further education or recruitment is desirable.
Proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects, pinpointing customer needs, articulating the value of a programme/course, negotiating and closing sales deals effectively.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
Knowledge of data protection and security of information in all matters pertaining to company, client, and trainee information is desirable.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
Enhanced DBS checks will be carried out on the successful candidate.
