About this role Join the UK Strategy and Planning team as a highly strategic Experience and Proposition Lead. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and launch of high-impact propositions that accelerate growth across our customer, partner, and courier ecosystems. You will own the evolution of the JET Experience Framework, using a customer-centric approach to identify key moments for improvement. By working together with wider teams, you will translate creative design into demonstrable commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment. We are looking for a determined problem solver who embodies our values to lead, deliver, and care. These are some of the key components to the position: Own the build-out of the JET Experience Framework to map end-to-end journeys and identify growth opportunities. Drive excellence by designing, testing, and operationalising key propositions like JET membership and Loyalty. Lead cross-functional teams through the full proposition lifecycle, from initial innovation to market launch. Aim high to achieve clear commercial outcomes, specifically improving order volume, profitability, and retention. Apply an agile mindset to rapidly define hypotheses and iterate solutions based on performance data. Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to secure alignment and resources for delivery. Present strategic outputs and programme updates to senior leaders, including the UK Management Team. Establish governance to embed the experience framework as a core approach for growth-led work. What will you bring to the team? Extensive experience in service design, proposition strategy, or innovation roles. Proven ability to stay committed to achieving goals while navigating complex, cross-functional programmes. Expertise in innovation methodologies, including design thinking and agile proposition development. A strong experiment and lean design skillset, with experience leading programmes using Scrum or Kanban. Exceptional leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams and help one another succeed. Deep understanding of internal and external partners to ensure we act responsibly and make a lasting impact. Strategic thinking capacity to apply structured solutions to complicated business problems. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link experience design to measurable business performance. Ability to influence senior stakeholders by presenting compelling, data-driven analysis. A proactive, bias-to-action mindset that thrives in ambiguous and high-change environments.
