Executive Chef – Award Winning, Meat Focus Concept – 80k – 90k
This is the best steakhouse in the country, with a focus on sustainability, quality and working with the best suppliers. You must have a strong love of meat and understand the importance of balancing the commercial side with the product's quality.
The company is growing, and this role will sit alongside the directors, with a focus on innovation, strategic planning, team development & culture, and driving standards.
You must have experience of managing and overseeing a group of 6 Restaurants or more.

About the Role: Executive Chef
1. Strong leadership background within premium or high-end dining
2. Confident in managing full operations, people, standards and output
3. Deep knowledge of meat, whole-animal butchery and premium cuts
