Offer description

I am looking for an Administrator to join a contractor in Swindon. This is a temp to perm role based in the office 5 days per week. The Administrator will be responsible for general day to day tasks such as data entry, Liaising with customers and scheduling in maintenance works.

Ideal candidates will have previous admin experience and be proficient in using Microsoft and Outlook programs. Previous experience in scheduling or planning within the housing sector would be an advantage but not essential.

Day to Day:

1. General office admin using Microsoft office and Outlook emails
2. Ensuring all files and compliance are kept up to date
3. Assisting with scheduling works with clients and trades
4. Daily reporting to the management team
5. Good organisation is key
6. Good Communication skills

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

7. Experience of working in a admin role
8. Experience of using Word, Excel and outlook
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Proactive, organised, ability to deal with confidential matters
