An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to help shape this expanding family team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the Family Law offering in Swindon.
* Manage a mixed caseload, including divorce, finances, cohabitation, pre/postnuptial agreements, and children matters.
* Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
* Build strong and profitable client relationships.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
* Extensive experience across a broad range of Family Law matters.
* Proven ability to manage a busy, technical caseload at pace.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.
* Motivation, self-sufficiency, and excellent time management.
* A client-focused, approachable, and proactive style.
