Service Manager Needed in Southport
1. Location: Southport
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
3. Salary: Basic up to £40,000 per annum
4. OTE £55,000 – £60,000 (including bonus)
Our client, a well-established Main Dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
5. Oversee all Service operations, including service and workshop teams
6. Manage daily workshop performance and ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
7. Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments
8. Develop staff through training, motivation, and clear performance management
9. Control department budgets and ensure commercial targets are achieved
10. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
11. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
12. Proven experience as an Aftersales / Service Manager within a dealership environment
13. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
14. Commercial awareness and ability to manage department budgets and KPIs
15. Full UK driving licence
16. Relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
