* Lead and deliver value engineering projects to reduce costs and optimise product value
* Manage supplier transitions to improve performance and mitigate supply chain risks
* Drive measurable cost savings across labour, transportation, scrap, and inefficiencies
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to align on long-term goals
* Track project progress and report cost savings and business impact
* Ensure robust project pipelines and develop supporting business cases
Skills
* Proficient with MS Project, Predict!, SAP
* Risk management and reporting experience
* Proven experience in project management, value engineering, supply chain or procurement
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
