The Role As a Dual Registered Manager, you’ll lead two Ofsted-registered homes in Leyland, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, inspires teams, and is committed to improving outcomes for children. Your Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations across two homes * Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 * Lead, develop, and motivate dedicated staff teams * Manage budgets, rotas, training, and supervision * Build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies * Champion safeguarding and continuous improvement About You * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care * Proven success achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Passionate about making a positive impact on young lives What We Offer * Competitive salary of £55,000 plus performance incentives * Ongoing professional development and training * Clear career progression opportunities * A supportive, reflective management culture
