Be the direct report for crèche and childcare supervisors, ensuring each childcare area (Crèche, Rugrats, Tarka, and Teens) runs safely and smoothly.
Lead on pre-season training, and continuous development throughout the season, nurturing a motivated and high-performing team.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to maintain high standards and excellent guest experience.
Encourage a positive, collaborative, and supportive working culture.
Schedule and manage staff rotas, ensuring effective coverage during peak periods and evening events while monitoring labour costs.
Ensure all childcare facilities and equipment are safe, clean, and well maintained.
