Events Assistant
We currently have 7 posts of Events Assistant available.
Reporting to the Events Coordinator and/or Events Manager, you will support the delivery and operation of a range of events, including those delivered as part of "Hosted by National Museums Liverpool", in line with company policy and practice. These events will take place across our portfolio of venues, as well as selected external venues throughout the Liverpool City Region.
As an Events Assistant, you will support with set‑up and close‑down of events and deliver guest service during conferences, drinks receptions and dinners. You may also support drinks services, including bar work, where trained to do so. As this is a front‑facing role, you should be customer‑focused, well‑presented, personable and a team player.
This is a casual role that can fit around university commitments, family life or another job, making it a flexible opportunity for those looking to work on an as-and-when-required basis.
