What you will do: Perform a wide range of diagnostic investigations within Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion departments. Operate and maintain Siemens Advia analysers in Haematology, Werfen TOP systems in Coagulation, and Ortho Swift platforms in Blood Transfusion. Ensure all laboratory work complies with established procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of laboratory services, including shift and rota-based work. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver accurate, timely results that support excellent patient care. Requirements: HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist. Proven experience working at Band 6 level within Haematology. Competence in Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion systems. Ability and willingness to work a full shift rota, including long days and night shifts.
