Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Runcorn area to recruit a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2026.

The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across the primary age range, both in the classroom and through small-group interventions
* Work closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons
* Provide targeted support for children who require additional help with learning or behaviour
* Assist with classroom organisation, resources and daily routines
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and always uphold safeguarding practices
This is a full-time, long-term role with consistency and structure from the start of the academic year.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have previous experience working in a UK primary school setting
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of needs
* Be patient, caring and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
* Have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Be able to commit to full-time work from September 2026
