At Kyzen, we build close relationships with our clients, educate them on their finances, and help them achieve both their short- and long-term financial goals. Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Kyzen Sports Accountancy, you will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and elevating our brand within the sports industry. Key Responsibilities Sales • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, primarily athletes and sports professionals. • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and clearly communicate how Kyzen can support them. • Guide clients through onboarding and provide ongoing relationship management. • Collaborate closely with our accountants and tax experts to ensure seamless delivery of services. • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Marketing • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other relevant channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation. • Create engaging, tailored content for various platforms to educate and attract potential clients. • Maintain and update Kyzen’s website and social media profiles, ensuring consistent and professional representation of our brand. • Help plan and deliver events that connect Kyzen with existing and prospective clients. • Monitor and report on marketing performance, contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
