* Deliver amazing customer service; understand customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
* Deliver thoughtful and bespoke artistry services to our customers.
* Attend all brand product and artistry training.
* Drive and deliver on sales targets.
* Act as an outstanding brand ambassador.
* Ensure all customers leave knowing about the Lisa Eldridge story, values and products.
* Follow the brand’s grooming standards.
* Ensure you are a supportive team player.

Skills required for this role:
* Previous retail experience
* Makeup artistry qualification is a bonus
