Full Stack Developer
Location: Bristol– Hybrid, (London also an option)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be working for one of the UKs top Digital Transformation consultancies, amongst a team of expert Technologists - designing, building and deploying innovative web applications for the UK’s Defence and intelligence capabilities.
Collaborating with a talented multifunctional team, you’ll strive to create responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks while developing secure and efficient server-side logic and maintaining well-documented RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
Required Skills/Experience:
• British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting) Clearance.
• Previous Defence, Military, Policing, National Security, Counter Terrorism, or Justice Project involvement.
• Proficient in modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong skills in server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling for government applications.
• Proficient in analysing and solving complex issues for public sector challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements in the dynamic public sector environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with government processes, policies, and systems to tailor solutions to public sector needs.
• Understanding of UX principles to create accessible and user-friendly applications.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Experience implementing security best practices for government data.
Benefits:
• Base Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DoE)
