TheyareseekingatalentedProjectArchitecttojointheteamandcontributetothedesignanddeliveryoflarge-scalecommercialprojects.Thisrolesuitsadesign-ledarchitectwhocanleadteams,coordinatestakeholders,anddeliveracrossallRIBAstages.Experienceinworkplaceprojectsisbeneficial.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver projects across all RIBA stages
* Maintain design quality through technical development and construction
* Lead and coordinate key project packages, working with consultants and clients
* Prepare and present design information
* Mentor and support junior team members
Skills & Experience
* ARB registered with 3–5+ years post-Part III experience
* Strong design, technical, and coordination skills
* Proficient in Revit (AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp/Rhino advantageous)
* Experience on large-scale, design-led projects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware
Desirable
* Workplace project experience
* Knowledge of sustainability and early-staged design
* Interest in business development and networking
