We’re excited to welcome a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with potential to extend.
A role full of variety where you’ll play a key role in promoting SUEZ Digital Solutions for the water industry and Air & Climate Solutions across the UK, helping to boost our brand’s profile and showcase our innovative products.

About The Role
* We offer a salary of £32,000 per annum, 1% benefit allowance, pension, 36 days annual leave including bank holidays - rising to 38 days after 3 years of service, life assurance, salary sacrifice schemes and more.
* Offered on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
* To be based in Bristol ideally.
* This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, hybrid working role – predominantly home working with some travel required across the UK and in particular the Bristol area when required.
What will I be doing?
* Manage the events calendar and evaluate the success of each
* Lead all event logistics for exhibitions, speaker slots, sponsorships and hosted events
* Manage marketing campaigns, paid and unpaid, on social media platforms
* Collaborate across the marketing and sales teams to improve the marketing results
* Update company websites as required
* Measure key performance metrics for social media and websites
* Prepare and present reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
* Create marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, banners – static and animated
* Closely adhere to brand guidelines regarding visual identity and tone
* Manage and maintain promotional merchandise
* Help develop and maintain the customer, press and event marketing lists
* Compile and distribute the internal quarterly comms newsletter
* Take ownership of UK marketing finance including keeping records up to date, issuing purchase orders and payments if required.
What are the requirements?
* Proficient in crafting clear, concise, and error-free content
* Experience in a graphic design, social media, communications, event management and/or marketing
* Excellent knowledge of graphic design, social media and video editing packages such as Photoshop, Canva and InDesign
* Good working knowledge of LinkedIn advertising
* Knowledge of Google Ads would be an advantage as would CRM database experience
* Good working knowledge of MS Office including SharePoint, Teams etc
* B2B, technology marketing and/or water industry experience would be advantageous.
