Responsibilities:
* Assisting guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure
* Escorting guests to and from their rooms in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing information about hotel facilities and services
* Maintaining a high standard of guest care at all times
* Ensuring lobby and entrance areas are kept tidy and welcoming
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
* Good level of spoken English
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
