Responsibilities
* Processing electronic and manual orders
* Handling customer quotations
* Assisting in the creation and distribution of daily reports to our customer base and group head office
* Validating remake requests via the Emplas portal (EVA)
* Answering incoming calls from suppliers and customers
* Meeting and greeting visitors at the main office reception
* Raising purchase orders using the internal purchasing system
* Assisting in the creation and distribution of production documentation for the factory
* Providing administrative support to the accounts department as required
* Supporting the trade counter with administrative tasks when needed
