Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

The Role:
Our drivers are one of the most important roles within Palletforce Logistics Sussex, and as a fully qualified Class 2 Driver, you will have the important role of collecting and delivering our consignments to and from our depot, whilst being safe and taking care of yourself on the road.
1. Driving our 18T vehicles within TN Postal code area.
2. Ensure health and safety standards are adhered at all times.
3. Various HGV duties, including daily checks to ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and safe to use, complying with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times.
4. Able to work Monday to Friday, starting at 7.00am to 18.00 hrs
5. Available to work Saturdays on rotation basis
What we need from you:
6. Qualifications. Class 2 Driving Licence.
7. Experience. Previous pallet experience is ideal. Will have completed a CPC Training Course and have a strong geographical and logistical knowledge.
8. Communication. You will have good communication skills, spoken and written.
9. Influence & Persuasion. Build good working relationships with work colleagues and customers.
10. Planning & Organisation. You will be adaptable in your start and finish times depending on requirements.
