This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive team, providing high-level administrative support across legal, business development, and leadership functions. You will play a key role in supporting fee earners and senior stakeholders, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the business. The Role The successful candidate will provide senior administrative and executive support across a range of business areas, working closely with legal teams and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence • Managing diaries and coordinating meetings • Supporting Employment Tribunal processes, including preparing documentation and maintaining files • Handling client correspondence and communications with third parties • Audio typing using digital dictation • Supporting onboarding and maintenance of client accounts • Assisting with business development activity, including proposals and client communications • Supporting marketing initiatives and client engagement activity • Providing executive support to senior leadership, including travel arrangements and scheduling • Supporting office operations, including reception cover and facilities coordination Essential Skills & Experience • Previous experience in a legal administrative or legal secretarial role • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Audio typing experience with good speed and accuracy • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong communication skills and a professional approach The ideal candidate will also • Be proactive, organised, and able to work on their own initiative • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work • Be a team player who supports colleagues across the business • Have a positive and flexible approach to work What’s on Offer • A salary of £30,000 Per annum • Pension and life assurance • Healthcare provision • Enhanced annual leave (37 days) Interested?
