Position Overview:
As a Dental Receptionist and Patient Engagement Specialist at Park Place Dental Practice, you will be at the forefront of our patient-centric approach, ensuring every individual who walks through our doors feels valued and at ease. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless practice operation, from managing appointments to creating a warm, welcoming environment, and also involves engaging with patients through warm outreach via phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages.
Key Responsibilities:
- High Level Customer Service: Deliver the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to cater to the needs of both patients and staff.
- Adaptability: Wear multiple hats, from comforting patients to handling inquiries, managing appointments, cashing up, and fostering a comforting atmosphere.
- Rapid Responsiveness: Swiftly address new queries, offering informative and responsive support to new and existing patients.
- Effective System and Process Adherence: Follow established systems and processes to provide a consistent level of service and to ensure seamless transitions between tasks. This is particularly vital for handling new patient inquiries, as a prompt, compassionate response increases the likelihood of conversion and positive word-of-mouth about our practice.
- Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and master customer relationship systems to effectively manage new inquiries and maintain positive patient relationships.
