Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Experience managing networking, IAM, and service accounts in cloud environments. Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, Jenkins). Experience automating operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python). Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling). Experience running containerised platforms (Docker, Cloud Run, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, secrets management, least privilege). Experience implementing reliability and availability best practices. Familiarity with compliance-driven environments and change control processes. Experience working in distributed or offshore teams. Comfortable executing from defined architectural patterns and platform standards. Clear communicator, able to raise risks, capacity constraints, and operational concerns early. Responsibilities: Build, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in line with agreed patterns and modules. Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for application and platform services, following established standards. Operate and support production and non-production environments, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using agreed observability tooling. Support containerised workloads and runtime platforms (e.g. Cloud Run, Kubernetes) within defined guardrails. Manage service configuration, secrets, and environment variables using approved tooling and processes. Support incident investigation and resolution, providing diagnostics and remediation under onshore leadership. Implement platform security controls, patching, and hardening based on defined security standards. Contribute to platform documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Participate in on-call or operational support rotations where required, following defined escalation paths. Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver platform and reliability improvements.
