At Home Instead Salisbury and Romsey we have Care Professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds helping us in our mission of enabling older adults to live happily and safely in their own homes. One of our Care Professionals was a truck driver and another has trained dolphins. We've got a Care Professional who was a florist and another who was a TA. Some of our Care Professionals have family commitments or other jobs that they do while also working for us. We believe that this variety only enhances the support that our Care Pros give to our clients—support that we pride ourselves on for its quality.
Job Description
If this sounds good to you, why not join our team of brilliant Care Pros? We are looking for kind people to provide person-centred care to our wonderful clients in the Romsey area on a part-time basis.
Every client is different so there's plenty of variety, but your role may include the following:
* Spending time with clients
* Going on trips or accompanying clients to appointments
* Assisting with personal care
* Providing support with medication
* Helping with housework
* Preparing meals
* Going shopping with or for clients

Qualifications
Dolphin trainer, stay-at-home mum, or previous carer—it doesn't matter. What's most important is that you're kind-hearted, that you share our values and ethos, and that you want to do your best. Whether you've got experience in care or not, we'll make sure to give you the support and training you need.
