We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Fundraising to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead a growing and ambitious fundraising function. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and major donor development. You’ll be joining at a time of real momentum, with the opportunity to shape the future of income generation and make a tangible impact on the lives of people living with migraine.

Head of Fundraising
1. Hybrid (London office 1 day/week or 1 day/month for SLT if home-based)
2. Circa £52k
3. Full-time, 35 hours per week
4. 25 days annual leave (rising to 30), plus office closure over Christmas and your birthday off

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive and managing a brilliant team of four, you’ll lead the development and delivery of a diverse fundraising strategy. You’ll take a proactive role in cultivating high-value relationships, securing new partnerships, and driving innovation across income streams.
Key priorities include:
9. Leading and inspiring a high-performing fundraising team
10. Developing and delivering a multi-channel fundraising strategy
11. Building strategic corporate partnerships and major donor relationships
12. Growing a pipeline of non-pharma corporate prospects
13. Collaborating across teams to create compelling cases for support
14. Championing best practice use of Beacon CRM
15. Ensuring compliance with GDPR, charity law, and fundraising regulations
About You
We’re looking for a confident and entrepreneurial fundraiser with:
16. A strong track record in corporate fundraising and major donor development
17. Experience leading successful teams and managing income targets
18. Knowledge of trusts, foundations, and individual giving
19. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
20. A collaborative, creative, and ambitious mindset
21. Understanding of charity law, GDPR, and the Code of Fundraising Practice
