Role Overview
We're seeking a driven and customer-focused End User Sales Specialist to join a dynamic Specialist Sales Team. Supporting a diverse portfolio of over 4,000 mid-market clients, this role focuses on advising customers on end user hardware and peripherals to meet their evolving business needs. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers and Product Specialists to strengthen client relationships, drive retention, and unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* Engage proactively with existing customers to identify new opportunities and promote relevant products and services.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients across various sectors.
* Respond to customer enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up effectively.
* Share insights and opportunities with internal teams to support broader sales initiatives.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records.
* Support product launches and promotional campaigns with timely outreach and follow-up.
* Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Stay informed on emerging technologies to provide relevant, value-driven recommendations.
