Salary: £32,000 – £33,000 + Excellent Benefits
Shift Pattern: 37 hrs – Mon – Thu 8am to 4:30pm, Fri 8am to 1pm

What You'll Do
You’ll play a key role in maintaining and supporting both UK MOD and international tracked and wheeled tactical military vehicles: work that directly contributes to national defence and operational readiness. The key responsibilities are:
* Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on military vehicles and associated electrical systems
* Interpret and work from technical drawings, engineering process plans, and customer specifications
* Complete accurate documentation, test certificates, and maintenance reportsConduct equipment inspections to meet production, safety, and quality standards
* Use workshop tools correctly and report any defects or material issues
* Collaborate with a dedicated engineering team focused on precision, safety, and mission success
What You'll Bring
* City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Proven hands‑on experience in a similar mechanical role – Ideal backgrounds: ex‑forces, HGV/PSV, commercial dealerships, plant, agricultural machinery
* Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and vehicle diagnostics
* A team‑focused mindset with good communication skills
* Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance (requires no criminal convictions + 5 years UK residency)
* A targeted medical assessment may be required as part of the onboarding process
