About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Rent Support Officer to join our Rent Support Team within Nottingham City Council Housing Services. In this vital role, you will work closely with tenants to help them sustain their tenancies, improve financial wellbeing and access the support they need to thrive.
You will provide clear, accurate advice on rent arrears and welfare benefits, carrying out comprehensive benefits checks and completing applications such as Universal Credit, Discretionary Housing Payments and Council Tax Support.
