The Painter role:
* Complete internal and/or external decoration work in public environments, including social housing.
* Work efficiently, on time, and to high standards, with bonus incentives for productivity.
* Build positive relationships while working on public sites, contributing to a team environment, and ensuring customer comfort and safety.
* Prioritize health and safety for yourself, the team, and customers.
What you will bring as a Painter and Decorator:
* NVQ Level 2 or higher in Painting or a similar professional qualification (desirable).
* Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Motivated work ethic and ability to meet individual and team targets.
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle, essential for the role.
