The Role
This is a hands-on role overseeing the full order process from receipt to delivery. You will be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring every project is delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with fire and acoustic standards.
The position also involves managing a small internal team, working closely with estimating, production, and installation teams, and developing standard technical details to streamline delivery.
Key Duties
* Manage full project lifecycle across multiple client orders
* Confirm technical specifications, delivery timelines, and compliance requirements with customers
* Ensure all projects meet fire, acoustic, and internal quality standards
* Lead a small team responsible for order processing and technical documentation
* Maintain and update standardised technical drawing packs and processes
* Coordinate with internal teams to align on project milestones
* Act as the technical and commercial liaison throughout the project
* Identify risks early and implement appropriate resolutions
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within the fire door, joinery, or specialist manufacturing sector
* Strong track record in order or project management roles
* Ability to lead a team and coordinate across departments
* Clear and professional communication skills, both technical and client-facing
* Good knowledge of fire safety, acoustic standards, and industry compliance
* Competence in developing and managing technical documentation
* A proactive, solutions-led approach to handling multiple live projects
