We are delighted to be partnering with a friendly and well-established facilities services business based in Erith, currently seeking an additional Administrator to join their close-knit team.
Despite being a small company, they have built an excellent reputation supporting high-end clients across London and the surrounding areas. As a result, they are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can help uphold their exceptionally high standards.
This is a newly created position, offering a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office and helping maintain their outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accurately input and maintain data using Excel spreadsheets
2. Ensure all driver paperwork is returned, checked, and logged onto internal systems
3. Monitor and manage the company inbox, responding where appropriate
4. Liaise with clients via phone and email, providing updates and support
5. Assist in maintaining the company's social media presence
6. Track outstanding jobs and ensure timely completion
7. Provide day-to-day support to drivers, resolving queries and issues as they arise
What We're Looking For
8. Previous administrative experience (ideally within a service-led environment)
9. A proactive and positive attitude, with a good sense of humour
10. Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new systems and processes
11. Someone seeking a long-term, stable role within a busy team
12. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
13. Confident communication skills, particularly when speaking with clients
14. Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office- the team's beautiful pooch is very much part of the family!
